I love the focus on finding root causes. Without that we are just spinning our wheels trying one thing after another and hoping it will work.

Exactly. Better diagnosis, better chances of a treatment that does what it's supposed to do.

I love your line precision creates power, vague creates victims! Yes!

Thanks for this great info, I often forget about the effects of, even mild, dehydration so appreciate the reminder.

Dehydration is actually pretty bad. It often shows up as hunger! So we occasionally overeat to compensate when we should just be drinking some water and sitting with the feeling for a few minutes. Thanks for your comment!

Thank you so much for this! I’ve been tackling man things in the list but I do need to have my bloodwork done. Two years ago my vitamin D was good but I haven’t had anything else checked in a bit.

A yearly checkup with a complete blood work is always a good idea. My GP checks a lot of things but the usual suspects are definitely vitamin D and the Bs, iron, LDL, glucose, etc. I have to take a vitamin D supplement year round, even through the summer. I live in Brussels and our weather isn't always "au beau fixe" as we say. Can't really count on the sun ☺️ Thanks for stopping by!
