Who I Am & Why I Started Shenmag?

I’m Stéphanie Colle-Watillion, brain health strategist and pro-ageing advocate. My mission? To help you stay mentally strong, emotionally resilient, and in control of your future. Without the fear-based marketing, anti-ageing myths, or societal BS.

I believe midlife isn’t about coping. It’s about elevating.

For 20 years, I worked in content, UX, and design — until bore out and disillusion called for something more.

After losing both my parents to smoking-related illnesses and serving as my father’s caregiver in his final months, I rethought everything.

I saw firsthand what happens when brain health, lifestyle, and longevity take a backseat. I decided I wouldn’t let my life follow the same script.

I became a certified Brain Health & Life Coach (trained, among others, at Académie Européenne des Neurosciences, Amen University, and Mindvalley).

I’m building Shenmag as the space I wish existed — one that treats midlife women as a force, not just a convenient demographic with disposable income.

I want Shenmag to be more than a newsletter, I want to build a community, a pro-ageing movement even. And I can only do this with you, my subscribers.
